I love the bread and the rolls. My absolute favorite baker in Bonn. The ladies at the counter have always been very friendly to me. Whenever I find the time, I drive here and get the most delicious spelled bread in town.

The cakes are very tasty, but unfortunately much too small pieces for this price. In addition, one expects such a posh café with such great cakes, a portafilter machine and no ordinary fully automatic machines with bad settings. None of the coffee specialties are tasty.

Cakes incredibly delicious. Great selection and very friendly service. However, the prices are much too high, or the pie slices are too small. Unfortunately, this is out of proportion, too bad, because otherwise we would like to come here more often and very much.

We felt very comfortable in the castle café because we were served quickly and friendly and tasted good coffee and cake. We liked the ambience and the location is very convenient for Poppelsdorf.

The service is OK! The cake tastes great! But the prices are outrageous! I paid almost 10 euros for a small piece of cake and a cup of coffee! I have never had to pay that much in a café! They'll never see me again!

Apparently the café doesn't need to acquire new customers. When ordering an entire cake, it is questionable whether it can also be delivered, since personnel could get sick. With such problems: NOT recommended.

The confectionery, viennoiserie and bread are espectacular in this place. You can skip the coffee though. Everything is fresh and daily baked. A place of reference in Bonn. I particularly recommend the croissants and the eclairs.

The Schloss Cafe in Poppelsdorf is true to its word. Confectionery art at a very high level and very appealing creative artistic presentation with fruits and cream and confectionery. A large selection and assortment of bread, cakes, pastries and baked goodies. We were spoilt for choice. The Schwarzwälderkirsch, the Passion fruit Torte, and the baked goodies are simply delicious. Coffee and hot chocolate were spot on and promptly served. The service is very friendly, polite and attentive. We felt absolutely comfortable and cared for in the stylish, modern ambience. For a relaxing during the day pit stop or for a weekend afternoon. Highly recommended!!!

Tasty and fresh

The place is clean however the waiters are a bit inefficient. The slices of cakes are a smaller than other places. However it has a nice terrace to chill out.

Cakes and pastries are even better than they look. And they look spectacular! Staff is kind and service fast!
